General Description
The AP1506 series are monolithic IC designed for a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 3A load without external transistor.
Due to reducing the number of external component, the board space can be saved easily.
The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode.
The internal compensation makes feedback control have good line and load regulation without external design.
Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is to prevent over current operating of the output switch.
If current limit function occurred and VFB is down to 0.5V below, the switching frequency will be reduced.
The AP1506 series operate at a switching frequency of 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators.
Other features include a guaranteed +4% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +15% on the oscillator frequency. The output version included fixed 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and an adjustable type.
The packages are available in a standard 5-lead TO-220, a 5-lead TO-263 or 8-lead PDIP.

* General Description
 AP1511 consists of step-down switching regulator with PWM control. These devices include a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, internal PMOS and etc.
AP1511 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. The PWM control circuit is able to very the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 100%. This converter also contains an error amplifier circuit as well as a soft-start circuit that prevents overshoot at startup. An enable function, an over current protect function and a short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 300KHz to 30KHz. Also, an internal compensation block is built in to minimum external
component count.

 With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOS, a coil, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators. They serve as ideal power supply units for portable devices when coupled with the SOP-16L mini-package, providing such outstanding features as low current consumption. Since this converter can accommodate an input voltage up to 23V, it is also suitable for the operation via an AC adapter.

* Function Description
PWM Control
The AP1511 consists of DC/DC converters that employ a pulse-width modulation (PWM) system. In converters of the AP1511, the pulse width varies in a range from 0 to 100%, according to the load current. The ripple voltage produced by the switching can easily be removed through a filter because the switching frequency remains constant. Therefore, these converters provide a low-ripple power over broad ranges of input voltage and load current.

* General Description
 The AP3842/3/4/5 family of control ICs provides the necessary features to implement off-line or DC to DC fixed frequency current mode control schemes with a minimal external parts count. Internally implemented circuits include under voltage lockout featuring start-up current less than 0.5 mA, a precision reference trimmed for accuracy at the error amp input, logic to insure latched operation, a PWM comparator which also provides current limit control, and a totem pole output stage designed to source or sink high peak current. The output stage, suitable for driving N-Channel MOSFETs, is low in the off-state.

 Differences between members of this family are the under-voltage lockout thresholds and maximum duty cycle ranges. The AP3842 and AP3844 have UVLO thresholds of 16V(on) and 10V(off), ideally suited for off-line applications. The corresponding thresholds for the AP3843 and AP3845 are 8.5V and 7.6V. The AP3842 and AP3843 can operate to duty cycles approaching 100%. A range of the zero to < 50% is obtained by the AP3844 and AP3845 by the addition of an internal toggle flip flop which blanks the output off every other clock cycle.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 The Am29LV320MT/B is a 32 Mbit, 3.0 volt single power supply flash memory device organized as 2,097,152 words or 4,194,304 bytes. The device has an 8/16-bit bus and can be programmed either in the host system or in standard EPROM programmers.
Word mode data appears on DQ15–DQ0. The device is designed to be programmed in-system with the standard 3.0 volt VCC supply, and can also be programmed in standard EPROM programmers.
LV320MT/B has an access time of 100 ns. Note that the access time has a specific operating voltage range (VCC) as specified in the Product Selector Guide and the Ordering Information sections. The device is offered in a 69-ball Fine Pitch BGA.

 The devices require only a single 3.0 volt power supply for both read and write functions. Internally generated and regulated voltages are provided for the program and erase operations.
The device is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC single-power-supply Flash standard.
Commands are written to the device using standard microprocessor write timing. Write cycles also internally latch addresses and data needed for the programming and erase operations.

The sector erase architecture allows memory sectors to be erased and reprogrammed without affecting the data contents of other sectors. The device is fully erased when shipped from the factory. Device programming and erasure are initiated through command sequences. Once a program or erase operation has begun, the host system need only poll the DQ7 (Data# Polling) or DQ6 (toggle) status bits or monitor the Ready/Busy# (RY/BY#) output to determine whether the operation is complete.
 To facilitate programming, an Unlock Bypass mode reduces command sequence overhead by requiring only two write cycles to program data instead of four.

 General Description
AH266 is an integrated Hall sensor with output drivers designed for electronic commutation of
brush-less DC motor applications. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for
magnetic sensing, a comparator that amplifies the Hall voltage, and a Schmitt trigger to provide
switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and complementary darlington open-collector drivers for sinking large current loads. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide temperature
compensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range.

 If a magnetic flux density (B) is larger than operate point (Bop), DO turn on (low) and DOB turn off (high). The outputs state is latched prior to reach release point (Brp). if B< Brp, DO turn off and DOB turn on. AH266 is rated for operation over temperature range from -20oC to 85 oC and voltage range from 4V to 28V. The devices are available in low cost die forms or rugged 4 pin SIP packages.
