General Description
The AP2014 controller IC is designed to provide a low cost synchronous Buck regulator for on-board DC to DC converter applications. With the migration of today’s ASIC products requiring low supply voltages such as 1.8V and lower, together with currents in excess of 3A, traditional linear regulators are simply too lossy to be used when input supply is 5V or even in some cases with 3.3V input supply. The AP2014 together with dual N-channel MOSFETs such as AF9410, provide a low cost solution for such applications. This device features an internal 200KHz oscillator (400KHz for "A" version), under-voltage lockout for both Vcc and Vc supplies, an external programmable soft-start function as well as output under-voltage detection that latches off the device when an output short is detected.

General Description
AH174 is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor for high temperature operation. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, an amplifier to amplify Hall voltage, and a comparator to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and an open-collector output pre-driver. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide temperature compensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range. While the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than threshold Bop, the OUT pin turns off (High). If B removed toward Brp, the OUT pin is latched “off” state prior to B < Brp. When B < Brp, the OUT pin go into “ on ” state.

General Description
ATS276/277 are integrated Hall sensors with output drivers, mainly designed for electronic commutation of brush-less DC Fan. This IC internally includes the regulator, protecting diode, Hall plate, amplifier, comparator, and a pair of complementary open-collector outputs (DO, DOB).
While the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than operate point (Bop), DO will turn on (low), and meanwhile DOB will turn off (high). Each output is latched until B is lower than release point (Brp), and then DO、DOB transfer each state.
For DC fan application, sometimes need to test power reverse connection condition. Internal diode only protects chip-side but not for coil-side. If necessary, add one external diode to block the reverse current from coil-side.

General Description
AP1513 consists of step-down switching regulator with PWM control. These devices include a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, internal PMOS and etc.
AP1513 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. The PWM control circuit is able to vary the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 100%. This converter also contains an error amplifier circuit as well as a soft-start circuit that prevents overshoot at startup. An enable function, an over current protect function and a short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 300KHz to 30KHz. Also, an internal compensation block is built in to minimum external component count.
With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOS, a coil, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators. They serve as ideal power supply units for portable devices when coupled with the SOP–8L mini-package, providing such outstanding features as low current consumption. Since this converter can accommodate an input voltage up to 18V, it is also suitable for the operation via an AC adapter.

General Description
The Channel 1 is a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 3A load without additional transistor component. Due to reducing the number of external component, the board space can be saved easily. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control have good line and load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. If current limit function occurred and VFB is down to 0.5V below, the switching frequency will be reduced. The switching frequency of 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed +4% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +20% on the oscillator frequency.
The channel 2 is a 1A regulator with extremely low dropout voltage. This product is specifically designed to provide well regulated supply for applications requiring 2.8V or lower voltages from 3.3V power supplies where high efficiency of a switcher can be achieved without the cost and complexity associated with switching regulator.

switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and complementary darlington open-collector drivers for sinking large current loads. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide temperature

General Description
The AM93LC66 is the 4096-bit non-volatile serial EEPROM.
It is manufactured by using ATC's advanced CMOS EEPROM technology.
The AM93LC66 provides efficient non-volatile read/write memory arranged as 256 words of 16 bits each when the ORG Pin is connected to VCC and 512 words of 8 bits each when it is tied to ground.
The instruction set includes read, write, and write enable/disable functions.
The data out pin (DO) indicates the status of the device during the self-timed non-volatile programming cycle.
The self-timed write cycle includes an automatic erase-before-write capability.
Only when the chip is in the WRITE ENABLE state and proper VCC operation range is the WRITE instruction accepted and thus to protect against inadvertent writes.
Data is written in 16 bits per write instruction into the selected register.
If Chip Select (CS) is brought HIGH after initiation of the write cycle, the Data Output (DO) pin will indicate the READY/BUSY status of the chip.
