GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TThhee AMS2115 is a single IC controller that drives an external N channel MOSFET as a source follower to produce a fast transient response, low dropout voltage regulator.
The fast transient load performance is obtained by eliminating expensive tantalum or bulk electrolytic output capacitors in the most demanding modern microprocessor applications. Precision-trimmed adjustable and fixed output voltage versions accommodate any required microprocessor power supply voltage.
By selecting the N-channel MOSFET RDS(ON) a very low dropout voltage can be achieved.
A protection feature includes a high side current limit amplifier that activates a circuit to limit the FET gate drive.
A shutdown pin turns off the gate drive and some internal circuits to reduce quiescent current.
AMS2115 is offered in 8L SOIC and 8L PDIP package.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 The AMS3100-1.2 are two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference that feature a very low dynamic impedance and good temperature coefficient, operating over a 10μA to 20mA current range.
AMS3100-1.2 is trimmed at wafer test level to optimize the temperature coefficient and tight output voltage tolerance.
The advanced process technology used, makes the AMS3100-1.2 exceptionally tolerant of capacitive loading, making it easy to use in almost any reference application.
The wide dynamic operating range allows its use with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation.
The extremely low power drain, makes these reference diodes useful for micropower circuitry. These voltage references can be used to make portable meters, regulators or general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life.
Further more, the wide operating current allows it to replace older references with a tight tolerance part.
Pin to pin compatible with other standard industry references, the AMS3100-1.2 offers the advantage of long term stability at low cost.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AMS1009 is a precision band-gap voltage reference diode. This voltage reference features a very low dynamic impedance and good temperature coefficient, operating over a wide current range of 400μA to 10mA. On-chip trimming is used to provide tight tolerance and minimize temperature drift. A third terminal allows the reference voltage to be adjusted to ±5% to calibrate out system errors.
The AMS1009 is used as a precision 2.5V low voltage reference for digital voltmeters, power supplies or op amp circuitry, and the 2.5V make it easy to obtain a stable reference from 5V logic supplies.
The AMS1009 is available in TO-92 and SO-8 packages operating over a 0°C to 70°C temperature range.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AMS421 is a four-terminal adjustable open collector shunt regulator with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire range of operation. The output voltage can be set to any value between 0.5V (VREF) and 15V by adding two external resistors.
The AMS421 features 0.25% initial tolerance, low dynamic output impedance and operates over a wide current range. Due to the sharp turn-on characteristics this device is an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications.
