GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The LP2950 and LP2951 are micropower voltage regulators ideally suited for use in battery-powered systems. These devices feature very low quiescent current (typ.75μA), and very low dropout voltage (typ.45mV at light loads and 380mV at 100mA) thus prolonging battery life. The quiescent current increases only slightly in dropout. The LP2950/LP2951 has positive transient protection up to 60V and can survive unregulated input transient up to 20V below ground.
The LP2950 and LP2951 were designed to include a tight initial tolerance (typ. 0.5%), excellent load and line regulation (typ. 0.05%), and a very low output voltage temperature coefficient, making these devices useful as a low-power voltage reference. The LP2950 is offered in the 3-pin TO-92 package. LP2951 is available in 8-pin plastic SOIC and DIP packages and offers three major additional system features. An error flag output warns of a low output voltage, often due to failing batteries on input. The LP2951 also features the logic-compatible shutdown input which enables the regulator to be switched on and off.
The LP2951 device may be pin-strapped for a 5V, 3.3V, or 3V output, or programmed from 1.24V to 29V with an external pair of resistors.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AMS222 is a low-cost, oscillator intended to be used as an external clock for low-frequency applications. The device consists of a resistor-programmed oscillator with complementary output stage. An external resistor allows for output frequency range to be adjusted from 10kHz to 6MHz. The complimentary output stage is very useful in paralleling, switching regulators for doubling the output current. AMS222 is offered in SOT-23 5-leads package.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AMS3100-2.5 are two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference that feature a very low dynamic impedance and good temperature coefficient, operating over a 20μA to 20mA current range. AMS3100-2.5 is trimmed at wafer test level to optimize the temperature coefficient and tight output voltage tolerance. The advanced process technology used, makes the AMS3100-2.5 exceptionally tolerant of capacitive loading, making it easy to use in almost any reference application. The wide dynamic operating range allows its use with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. The extremely low power drain, makes these reference diodes useful for micropower circuitry. These voltage references can be used to make portable meters, regulators or general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life. Further more, the wide operating current allows it to replace older references with a tight tolerance part. Pin to pin compatible with other standard industry references, the AMS3100-2.5 offers the advantage of long term stability at low cost.
The AMS3100-2.5 is operating over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is available in the space saving SOT-23 package.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS4122 is a dual switching regulator capable to deliver 2A for each channel.
Internally Compensated internal Soft Start makes AMS4122 one of the simplest and easiest switching regulators to use with the minimum external components.
Each regulator has independent hiccup current limit.
The Enable pin turns both devices on when a voltage of 2.5V or higher it is applied to EN pin. Since both devices share one single package the thermal protection turns off both devices when the die temperature exceeds approximately 135°C.
Both regulators are adjustable using a 0.600V reference for low output voltage settings.
The oscillators are 180° phase to each other to reduce the ripples on the input power supply and minimize the power dissipation on the package.
The device can be easily configured for Two Phase single output switching regulator capable of 5A output load.
By applying a 2.5V or greater on feedback pin of the second switching regulator the device enters in Two Phase Mode.
The first benefit of having a Two Phase device is reducing the output ripples by a factor of four as the single phase.
The second benefit is higher output current capability at overall low cost. AMS4122 combined with AMS4123 (2A Switching Regulator + 1A LDO in SO-8) makes complete solution for LCD TV power requirements.
