DESCRIPTION
The LH1526 relay is two SPST normally open switches that can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. The relays require a minimal amount of LED drive current to operate, making it ideal for batterypowered and power consumption sensitive applications.
The relay is constructed using a GaAIAs LED for actuation control and an integrated monolithic die for the switch output. The die, fabricated in a high-voltage dielectrically isolated technology, comprised of a photodiode array, switch-control circuitry, and MOSFET switches. In addition, the relay employs current-limiting circuitry, enabling it to pass FCC 68.302 and other regulatory surge requirements when overvoltage protection is provided. The relay can be configured for ac/dc or dc-only operation.

Description
The IMP811/IMP812 are low-power supervisors designed to monitor voltage levels of 3.0V, 3.3V and 5.0V power supplies in low-power microprocessor (μP), microcontroller (μC) and digital systems. Each features a debounced manual reset input. The IMP811/812 are improved drop-in replacements for the Maxim MAX811/812 with extended temperature specifications to 105°C.
A reset signal is issued if the power supply voltage drops below a preset threshold and is asserted for at least 140ms after the supply has risen above the reset threshold. The IMP811 has an active-low output RESET that is guaranteed to be in the correct state for VCC down to 1.1V. The IMP812 has an active-high output RESET. The reset comparator is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC .
Low power consumption makes the IMP811/IMP812 ideal for use in portable and battery-operated equipment. Available in a compact 4-pin SOT143 package, the devices use minimal board space.

DESCRIPTION
The Hynix HY5DU283222Q is a 134,217,728-bit CMOS Double Data Rate(DDR) Synchronous DRAM, ideally suited for the point-to-point applications which requires high bandwidth.
The Hynix 4Mx32 DDR SDRAMs offer fully synchronous operations referenced to both rising and falling edges of the clock. While all addresses and control inputs are latched on the rising edges of the CK (falling edges of the /CK), Data, Data strobes and Write data masks inputs are sampled on both rising and falling edges of it. The data paths are internally pipelined and 2-bit prefetched to achieve very high bandwidth. All input and output voltage levels are compatible with SSTL_2.

Description
The HA17008R series are 8-bit monolithic D/A converters which have built in, a reference current amplifier, an R-2R ladder resistor, and 8 high speed current switches.
By setting the reference voltage and resistance, the maximum output current can be freely varied in response to the application.
The reference current is distributed to the current value for each bit by the R-2R ladder resistor, and the maximum output current is 255/256 of the reference current. For example, if the input reference current is 2.0 mA, then the maximum available output current is 1.992 mA.
Applications for the HA17008R are wide ranging, and include CRT displays, stepping motor control, programmable power supplies, audio equipment, and attenuators.

Description
The Harris CD22402 (Note) is a CMOS LSI sync generator that produces all the timing signals required to drive a fully 2-to-1 interlaced 525-line 30-frame/second, or 625-line 25-frame/second TV camera or video processing system. A complete sync waveform is produced which begins each field with six serrated vertical sync pulses, preceded and followed by six half-width double frequency equalizing pulses. The sync output is gated by the master clock to preserve horizontal phase continuity during the vertical interval.
The CD22402 can be operated either in “genlock” mode, in which it is synchronized with a reference sync pulse train from another TV camera, or in “stand-alone” mode, in which it is synchronized with a local on-chip crystal oscillator (the crystal and two passive components are off chip). Also, the circuit can sense the presence or absence of a reference sync pulse train and automatically select the “genlock” or “stand-alone” mode.
A frame sync pulse is produced at the beginning of every odd field. The vertical counter can be reset to either the first equalizing pulse or the first vertical sync pulse of the vertical interval. The interlaced sync provided by the CD22402 differs from RS-170 by having slightly narrower sync and equalizing pulses. The clock frequency of 32 times horizontal rate allows for approximately 4ms horizontal pulse widths and 2ms equalizing pulses. Otherwise operation can be phase locked to a color sub-carrier for a full interlaced operating system.
The CD22402 is operable with a single supply over a voltage range of 4V to 15V.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The HMF1M32M8G is a high-speed flash read only memory (FROM) module containing 1,048,576 words organized in a x32bit configuration. The module consists of eight 512K x 8 FROM mounted on a 72 -pin, single-sided, FR4-printed circuit board. Commands are written to the command register using standard microprocessor write timings.
Register contents serve as input to an internal state-machine, which controls the erase and programming circuitry. Write cycles also internally latch addresses and data needed for the programming and erase operations. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from 12.0V flash or EPROM devices.
Eight chip enable inputs, (/CE_UU1, /CE_UM1, /CE_LM1, /CE_LL1, /CE_UU2, /CE_UM2, /CE_LM2, /CE_LL2) are used to
enable the module’s 4 bytes independently. Output enable (/OE) and write enable (/WE) can set the memory input and output..When FROM module is disable condition the module is becoming power standby mode, system designer can get low - power design. DESCRIPTION
The GS9029 is a second generation bipolar integrated circuit designed to drive four 75Ω co-axial cables.
The GS9029 features two pairs of complementary outputs whose amplitude is controlled within ±7.5%. The output signal levels are also adjustable from 50mVp-p up to 1000mVp-p with little change in other performance parameters. The amplitude of the output stage is varied by adjusting the RSET resistor value. The patented current mode outputs ensure superior output return loss and minimal over shoot. The rise/fall time circuitry allows wide range operation and provides symmetrical balanced outputs to reject power supply noise. In addition high output isolation ensures that the cable driver outputs are not affected by the performance or status of other outputs. Operational with input amplitudes as low as 80mV, the GS9029 provides a robust serial interface.
The GS9029 is packaged in a 16 pin narrow SOIC and operates from a single +5 or -5 volt supply. Typical system power consumption is 320mW which is 40% less than the GS9007.
