The HMC-VVD102 is a monolithic GaAs PIN diode ased Voltage Variable Attenuator (VVA) which exhibits low insertion loss, high IP3 and wide dynamic range. All bond pads and the die backside are Ti/Au metallized and the PIN diode devices are fully passivated for reliable operation. This wideband MMIC VVA is compatible with conventional die attach methods, as well as thermocompression and thermosonic wirebonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications. All data shown herein is measured with the chip in a 50 Ohm environment and contacted with RF probes

DESCRIPTION
The LTM®8027 is a complete 4A, DC/DC step-down power supply. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V (7.5V minimum voltage to start), the LTM8027 supports output voltages up to 24V, and a switching frequency range of 100kHz to 500kHz, each set by a single resistor. Only the bulk input and output fi lter capacitors are needed to fi nish the design.
The low profi le package (4.32mm) enables utilization of unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density point of load regulation. A built-in soft-start timer is adjustable with a small capacitor.
The LTM8027 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact (15mm × 15mm) and low profi le (4.32mm) over-molded land grid array (LGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8027 is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.

The GAL22LV10D, at 4 ns maximum propagation delay time, provides the highest speed performance available in the PLD market. The GAL22LV10C can interface with both 3.3V and 5V signal levels. General Description
The MX884 targets power management applications where high noise immunity and low cost are primary requirements. Its integrated 10-bit ADC provides high resolution, making it ideal for current monitoring systems. The MX884 enables digital power management, in which a microcontroller can readily monitor the current in a system and perform other control functions in power systems and motion control products.
The MX884 converts a small voltage developed across an external “current” sense resistor to a 10-bit digital output. It features a wide common mode input supply voltage range of 3V to 60V and easily interfaces to most microcontrollers. Description
The EL5411T is a high voltage rail-to-rail input-output amplifier with low power consumption. The EL5411T contains four amplifiers. Each amplifier exhibits beyond the rail input capability, rail-to-rail output capability and is unity gain stable.
The maximum operating voltage range is from 4.5V to 19V. It can be configured for single or dual supply operation, and typically consumes only 3mA per amplifier. The EL5411T has an output short circuit capability of ±300mA and a continuous output current capability of ±70mA.
The EL5411T features a high slew rate of 100V/μs, and fast settling time. Also, the device provides common mode input capability beyond the supply rails, rail-to-rail output capability, and a bandwidth of 60MHz (-3dB). This enables the amplifiers to offer maximum dynamic range at any supply voltage. These features make the EL5411T an ideal amplifier solution for use in TFT-LCD panels as a VCOM driver or static gamma buffer, and in high speed filtering and signal conditioning applications. Other applications include battery power and portable devices, especially where low power consumption is important.
The EL5411T is available in a 14 Ld HTSSOP and a space saving thermally enhanced 16 Ld 4mmx4mm TQFN package. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

DESCRIPTION
The MS5541C is the miniature version of MS5535C pressure sensor module. It contains a precision piezoresistive pressure sensor and an improved version of the 16 Bit Micropower Sensor interface IC known from the MS5535C. Compared to the previous version the ESD sensitivity has been improved to 4kV on all pins. In addition to this the MS5541C is from its outer dimensions compatible to the MS54xx series of pressure sensors. It uses an antimagnetic polished stainless steel ring for sealing with O-ring. The sensor provides 16 Bit pressure and temperature data via a 3 wire serial interface that can be easily interfaced with 4 Bit low power microcontrollers. 64 Bit of factory programmed PROM provides calibration data for a highly accurate pressure and temperature calculation. The MS5541C is fully software compatible to the MS5535C and previous versions of MS5541.

The IRS2609D is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with dependent high and low side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with Standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3 V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration which operates up to 600 V.

Description
The LXT362 is a fully integrated, combination transceiver for T1 ISDN Primary Rate Interface and general T1 long and short haul applications. It operates over 22 AWG twisted-pair cables from 0 to 6 kft and offers Line Build Outs and pulse equalization settings for all T1 Line Interface Unit (LIU) applications.
LXT362 provides both a serial port for microprocessor control (Host mode) as well as standalone operation (Hardware mode). The device incorporates advanced crystal-less digital jitter attenuation in either the transmit or receive data path starting at 3 Hz. B8ZS encoding/decoding and unipolar or bipolar data I/O are selectable. Loss of signal monitoring and a variety of diagnostic loopback modes can also be selected.
